Position Breakdown:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to generate sales outside of the exercise equipment industry. This individual will have an understanding of the steel industry, as well as the capabilities Sorinex has to offer. This individual will be responsible for finding, creating, and maintaining relationships with companies in need of work.
  • The services we offer are Laser Cutting, Forming, CNC Machining, Welding, Robotic Welding, and Powder Coating.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Travel within an assigned area to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
  • Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Create and present a persuasive sales proposal to customers to encourage sales and repeat business

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, including cold-calling and negotiating
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately enter/maintain information
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to maintain schedule while working remotely
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required
  • 5+ years of related experience in an outside sales setting
  • Knowledge of steel industry, material types, and the manufacturing process of the services offered mentioned above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
